LIONSBRIDGE FC EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
The holder of a Lionsbridge FC ticket or participant in a Lionsbridge FC event voluntarily assumes all risk of property loss and personal injury arising prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the Event, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by soccer balls or fan festival activities, and agrees that the United Soccer League, Christopher Newport University, City of Newport News, the host facility, Lionsbridge FC, its players and vendors are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes. Management may revoke the ticket or participation and eject or refuse entry to the holder for a violation of facility rules, illegal activity or misconduct. Tickets reported as lost or stolen may not be honored.
COVID-19: We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other guests, players, coaches, officials and staff. All fans must follow all posted or announced instructions while attending a Lionsbridge FC event.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending a Lionsbridge FC event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
INCLEMENT WEATHER & GAME CANCELLATION POLICY:
-- Inclement weather can delay or postpone an Event. However, the Event will not automatically be cancelled or postponed due solely to rain or the threat of rain.
-- If an Event does not begin and cannot be rescheduled for a different date, the holder will be entitled to a full refund minus ticket processing fees, if applicable.
-- If the Event is postponed or rescheduled on the same or different date, the purchased ticket may be re-used. Ticket are good only for the Event for which they are purchased and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the holder to use it for the game.
-- If a game reaches halftime, but cannot continue due to inclement weather, per USL rules, the game is considered completed and final.
