2026 Lionsbridge FC Internships

WHAT'S IT LIKE?This is not your average internship. It’s not coffee runs or résumé fluff. It’s long days, high expectations, and an all-hands-on-deck team environment. You’ll be thrown into the fire, solving problems before fans ever know they exist, and helping create unforgettable experiences for our community.
If you love sports, thrive in chaos, smile under pressure, and dream of building a career in this industry — this is your launchpad.
OUR CULTURE
At Lionsbridge FC, we’re grinders. We work hard, serve others, and stay relentlessly positive no matter what’s thrown at us. Our interns learn by doing, not by watching. You’ll be challenged, stretched, and supported — and if you give it your all, you’ll come out with the kind of experience that opens real doors in sports.

LET'S CUT TO THE CHASE
This isn't for everyone.  The interns who thrive here are:
  • They’re selfless teammates who put the group ahead of themselves.
  • They stay upbeat, positive, and smiling — even on long days.
  • They’re proactive problem-solvers who catch the small stuff
  • They’re detail-oriented and organized, with a reputation for reliability
  • They embrace the grind, whether that’s from playing sports, working tough jobs, or balancing busy schedules.
  • They have a natural ability to connect with people and make others feel welcome.
  • They’re grateful for the opportunity and fall in love with being part of Lionsbridge.

The interns who struggle here:
  • Treat the role as “just for credit” rather than an opportunity to grow.
  • Think certain tasks are beneath them.
  • Wait to be told what to do instead of taking initiative.
  • Struggle with reliability, organization, or consistency.

Our previous Lionsbridge FC interns have moved into roles with the Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Commanders, Carolina Panthers, Washington Nationals, Boston Red Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates, Milwaukee Bucks, Sporting Kansas City, D.C. United, Loudoun United, Philadelphia Flyers, Carolina Hurricanes, National Hockey League, PGA Tour, NCAA Headquarters, Durham Bulls, Norfolk Admirals, Norfolk Tides, Syracuse Crunch, Northwestern University, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest University, College of Charleston, James Madison, Old Dominion University and USC-Upstate.

TIME COMMITMENTGame days are long (sometimes 10–12 hours) and often unpredictable. That’s the reality of sports. But if you’re wired for this, it’s the best classroom you’ll ever step into. Schedules vary by role, but all interns are expected to participate on game days (up to two per week). Most roles also include non-game day activities, which may be completed remotely or on-site. Some roles may involve occasional travel, youth clinics, or player appearances.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
A true behind-the-scenes education in how sports teams actually run.
Real-world reps that prove you can grind, smile, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
