NOTE: Clinic is limited to 100 participants and will run on a first-come, first-serve basis; Parents must pre-register participants online and sign a waiver.

CLINIC SCHEDULE
8:30 a.m. // Check-in
9:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. // Warm-up & Coaches Demo
9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. // Training Sessions / Individual Skill Development & Stations
10:00 a.m. // Group Photo & Clinic Ends
EVENT DETAILS
Parking: Lot I at Christopher Newport University (map).
Fees: FREE, but families MUST pre-register for clinic, no day-of or walk-up registrations
What to wear: Athletic attire, Non-metal soccer cleats, shin guards, sunscreen.
What to bring: A soccer ball with your child’s name on it, water bottle
What each participant will receive: A free Lionsbridge FC / Food Lion Clinic T-shirt and a FREE ticket to that night's Lionsbridge FC game.
Weather Contingency: In case of inclement weather, the clinic may be postponed or cancelled. Any such announcements will be made via email, text message and this webpage.
Safety & Security: A parent or guardian is required to be present at the stadium for the entire duration of the clinic.
