IMPORTANT MATCHDAY INFORMATION
NEW IN 2025
• CLEAR BAG POLICY: Lionsbridge Football Club and RMC Events have implemented a clear bag policy that regulates the size and type of bag that may be carried into TowneBank Stadium, starting with the 2025 season.
Fans are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new policy before arriving at venues to minimize time at the ticket gate.
This policy is consistent with many of the sports and entertainment venues in our region, including Old Dominion University, William & Mary, Hampton Coliseum, Scope Arena, Norfolk Tides and Norfolk Admirals. More information can be found HERE.

• CASHLESS: TowneBank Stadium is a cashless environment. Bring your debit/credit cards for the food trucks, merch tent, bounce houses and the 50/50 raffle.
• PARKING: It's free! The best place to park is Lot I (map), off Moores Lane. Another option is Lot E2/E3 (map), off Prince Drew Road. Accessible parking spaces are available in Lot I adjcent to Jennings Stadium (enter off Moores Lane) as well as in the lot on the north side of Ratcliffe Hall off University Drive (enter off Warwick Blvd.).
• FESTIVAL: The pre-game community festival starts at 5pm with food trucks, bounce houses and the craft beer tent.
• OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK: There is no outside food or drink except baby supplies and one (1) unopened bottle of water per person. Fans may bring in empty water personal-sized water containers for use at the water fountains.
• ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Beer will be available for purchase. Fans must present a valid 21+ ID. Last call is in the 65th minute and beer sales end at the 70th minute. Please plan accordingly!
• SEATING: All blue chairback seats in sections E, F and G are reserved. They may be purchased by 2025 season ticket holders. All other seats in sections A, B, C, D, H, I, J and K are general admission. For more information on Reserved Chairback Seating, click here.
• RE-ENTRY: Re-entry is not permitted at TowneBank Stadium except for in inclement weather situations as determined by club and event staff.
• 50/50 RAFFLE: You can pre-purchase your 50/50 raffle tickets for your chance to win a big cash prize and support our Community Champion of the Game!

• POST-GAME AUTOGRAPHS: There will be a post-game autograph session after the game. Bring your jerseys, shirts and anything you want signed.
• TERMS & CONDITIONS: The holder of a ticket accepts the stadium policies, ticket terms and conditions as set forth by Lionsbridge FC and CNU.
• STADIUM CODE OF CONDUCT: By purchasing a ticket, all fans agree to follow the Lionsbridge FC Fan Code of Conduct.
• INCLEMENT WEATHER & GAME CANCELLATION POLICY:
Inclement weather and/or unsuitable field conditions can delay or postpone a game. However, the game will not automatically be cancelled or postponed due solely to rain or the threat of rain.
Generally, ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, please note the following circumstances:
If a game is cancelled and not rescheduled for a different date, the holder will be entitled to a full refund minus ticket processing fees, if applicable, or the ticket may be used for a different game during the same season.
If the start of the game is delayed, but still starts on the same day, the ticket must be used for that game, and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the holder to use it on the day it is played.
If the game is postponed and rescheduled to a different date, the ticket may be used for the rescheduled date, or it may be exchanged for a different game during the same season.
If the game reaches halftime, but cannot be completed due to inclement weather and/or unplayable field conditions, per USL rules, the game is considered completed and final, and no refunds (full or partial) will be given.
