Coaching Staff
Lionsbridge Academy Experience is led by a coaching and operations staff with current, hands-on experience across USL League Two and the NCAA (Division I, II, III, and NJCAA). These coaches are actively working in competitive environments and bring professional and collegiate perspectives into a structured talent accelerator.
Players train in an environment built around clear expectations, consistent feedback, and intentional progression, all directly connected to the Lionsbridge FC pathway.

Coaching Structure & Evaluation
Each training group within the Lionsbridge Academy Experience will be led by a primary coach from the Lionsbridge Academy Experience coaching staff. That coach is responsible for setting standards, session design, and accountability. Coaches are supported on the field by current Lionsbridge FC players who assist with demonstrations, repetitions, and individual feedback.
Training sessions and/or simulated match days will take place 2–3 times per week, ensuring consistent contact, continuity, and meaningful development time.
Players will receive written evaluations in Weeks 2, 5, and 8, based on a standardized framework assessing technical ability, competitive habits, and measurable progress. This process provides families with clear, structured feedback and transparency throughout the program.
Coaching assignments within the Lionsbridge Academy Experience will be finalized after registration, once enrollment numbers and group composition are known. Age groups, group sizes, and staff responsibilities will be determined based on enrollment and player mix to ensure appropriate development environments for all participants.
