And you responded in a big way! The results of the survey were clear: fans loved the program. More than 80% of season ticket holders said it made their matchday experience better last season.
Fans told us they loved the comfort, the convenience, and not having to rush early to save seats.
At the same time, some of you also shared thoughtful suggestions about how to make the experience even better — clearer markings, more flexibility to sit near friends, and a way to open unused chairbacks for single-game use. We heard you. And we’ve made key improvements for 2026.

If you had a reserved chairback in 2025 and have already purchased your 2026 season ticket, you now have the exclusive opportunity to renew your exact same seat(s) for the 2026 season.
- Renewal Deadline: Sunday, November 16 at 11:59pm ET
✅ Phase 2: Open Selection for All 2026 Season Ticket Holders
Beginning Wednesday, November 19 at 7pm ET, all remaining chairback seats in Sections E, F and G will become available to any 2026 season ticket holder.
✅ New for 2026: Single-Game Chairback Seating
Subject to availability, any unsold chairbacks will be available for single-game purchase, giving fans greater flexibility to sit together and upgrade their matchday experience whenever they choose. Each single-game chairback includes admission.
Beginning Wednesday, November 19 at 7pm ET, all remaining chairback seats in Sections E, F and G will become available to any 2026 season ticket holder.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR CHAIRBACK
Phase 1: Renewal Window (Until Nov. 16, 2025)
If you had a reserved chairback in 2025 and have already purchased your 2026 Season Ticket, you can now renew your exact same seat(s) for the upcoming season.
Phase 2: Open Selection (Nov. 19, 2025 at 7pm until April 30, 2026)
2026 Season Ticket Holders can reserve chairback seat(s) starting Wednesday, November 19 at 7pm ET.
Here’s how:
Each 2026 Season Ticket purchased unlocks the option to reserve one chairback seat for the entire season (e.g., one season ticket = one chairback, two season tickets = two seats, etc.).
Phase 3: Single Game Chairbacks (May 1, 2026 though the end of the season)
Starting May 1, any unsold chairbacks in Phases 1 and 2 (subject to availability) will be available for purchase on a game-to-game basis. This new option gives fans more flexibility to bring friends and family to sit together.
- Reserved chairbacks remain optional. All fans can still sit anywhere in the metal bleachers or festival area on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each Season Ticket Jersey or Wristband still unlocks the option to reserve one chairback seat for the season.
- Chairbacks remain one of the best values in sports: only $35 for the full season, including playoffs.

Here’s how:
- Find your 2026 Season Ticket confirmation email and note your order number.
- Go to our password-protected site for 2026 Season Ticket Holders (check your email on Monday, November 17 for the link)
- Choose your seat(s) from the TowneBank Stadium seating map.
- Available chairbacks will appear as blue dots.
- Unavailable seats will appear with a black X.
Each 2026 Season Ticket purchased unlocks the option to reserve one chairback seat for the entire season (e.g., one season ticket = one chairback, two season tickets = two seats, etc.).
Phase 3: Single Game Chairbacks (May 1, 2026 though the end of the season)

Why does Lionsbridge FC offer reserved chairbacks?
As the popularity of Lionsbridge continued to grow and the seating became more scarce at TowneBank Stadium, we heard from fans who were frustrated by the frequent seat saving in the chairback sections. In 2025, we tested a program where season ticket holders could reserve chairbacks. More than 80% rated the experience “Excellent” or “Good.” In short, the vast majority of fans loved it.
Who can reserve a chairback seat?
Lionsbridge FC Season Ticket Holders are eligible to reserve blue chairback seats during the priority windows.
Each 2026 Season Ticket (jersey or wristband) unlocks the option to reserve one chairback seat for the full season.
If I don’t reserve a chairback seat, where can I sit?
No problem — this offer is completely optional! Season ticket holders and single-game ticket holders have the same access to the metal bleachers and festival area as always, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I reserve a chairback seat for friends or family who don’t have season tickets?
In Phase 1 and Phase 2, season-long chairbacks are available only as an optional add-on for 2026 Season Ticket Holders. Each reservation is verified by season ticket order number, and purchases made without a valid season ticket will be voided and are non-refundable.
However, new in 2026, any unsold chairbacks will be available for single-game purchase beginning May 1, 2026. That means friends or family who don’t have season tickets can still upgrade to a chairback seat on a game-by-game basis when available — making it easier for everyone to sit together.
Can I choose my seat?
Yes! You’ll select your exact seat(s) from the stadium map during checkout.
How do I prove I have a reserved seat? What if someone sits in it?
Keep your purchase confirmation handy (email, Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet).
Uniformed RMC event personnel will be stationed in Sections E, F, and G to assist throughout each game.
Can I switch my reserved chairback seat later?
Reserved seats are non-refundable and non-transferable to different locations after purchase.
